Effects of H/R on cell viability and LDH release in H9c2 cardiomyocytes. H9c2 cardiomyocytes were exposed to 6 h of hypoxia, followed by 24 h of reoxygenation. Then, cell viability was detected at 0, 2, 4, 8, 12, and 24 h after reoxygenation using CCK8 assay (a). Cell death was also measured by LDH assay kit (b).
