Effects of RK3 on cell viability and LDH release. H9c2 cardiomyocytes were coincubated with different concentrations of RK3 (6.25, 12.5, 25, and 50 μg/mL) for 12 h. Cell viability was determined by CCK8 assay and expressed as a relative percentage of control group (a). Control and RK3-treated cells were further exposed to 6 h of hypoxia followed by 24 h reoxygenation. Cell viability (b) and LDH release (c) were measured.
