Effect of CSEE on serum level of corticosterone in ICR mice subjected to FST and TST. Mice fed with 100 and 200 mg/kg of CSEE for 14 days were sacrificed by spinal cord dislocation one day after the last behavior test; then the blood sample was collected, and the serum was rapidly separated. Plasma corticosterone was measured using Assay Max Corticosterone ELISA kit as explained in Materials and Methods. Each value represents the mean of ±SD (). * versus control group (Student’s -test).
