Protective effect of ethylacetate fraction of SF ethanol extract (SFE-EtOAc) against UVB-induced cytotoxicity in HaCaT cells. HaCaT cells were preincubated with vehicle or SFE-EtOAc (30 μg/mL and 100 μg/mL) for 9 h prior to UVB (60 mJ/cm2) exposure. Twenty-four hours after UVB exposure, cell viability was measured by the MTT dye reduction assay. Cell viability is expressed as the percentage of control.
