(b) OVA-specific IgE levels in serum were measured by ELISA. To determine total and OVA-specific antibody titers, the collected sera were diluted 1 : 50 for IgE detection. Secreted (c) IFN-𝛾, (d) IL-12, (e) IL-4, and (f) IL-10 were quantified by ELISA after 72 h culture using splenocytes from OVA-sensitized BALB/c mice.
