Fermented antler extract inhibits RANKL-induced phosphorylation of PLC2. BMMs were pretreated with or without fermented antler extract (25 μg/mL) for 1 hr prior to RANKL stimulation (5 ng/mL) at indicated time periods. Then, the protein expression levels were evaluated by Western blot analysis.
