Increased activity of movements in open field test by OB-1. Animals were placed in open field arenas and allowed to move freely for 10 minutes. Visit counts (a), grooming (b), and rearing (c) of control_saline (𝑛=4), control_OB-1 (𝑛=4), HFD_saline (𝑛=5), HFD_OB-1 (𝑛=5) were monitored to measure activity levels. Each data presents the mean ± S.E.M. *𝑃<0.05 compared to saline treatment of HFD-induced obese rats.
