Ethanolic Extract of Polish Propolis: Chemical Composition and TRAIL-R2 Death Receptor Targeting Apoptotic Activity against Prostate Cancer Cells

<table>TRAIL-R2/Fc chimera block apoptosis induced by combination of EEP-P and TRAIL in LNCaP prostate cancer cells. Cells were incubated with 50 <i>μ</i>g/mL EEP-P and/or 100 ng/mL TRAIL with or without 1 <i>μ</i>g/mL TRAIL-R2/Fc chimera proteins for 24 h. Apoptotic cell death was detected by annexin V-FITC staining using flow cytometry.
