Anti-Leishmania amazonensis promastigotes effect of volatile (VF), nonvolatile (NVF) fractions. Promastigotes (1 × 106/mL) were cultured with VF or VNF at 50 μg/mL and DMSO at 0.5%. Results from two experiments in duplicates are shown as the number of promastigotes ± SEM. .
