Cytokine production is increased in BMDCs stimulated with WE-CN. Immature BMDCs were stimulated with 100 ng/mL LPS or various concentrations of WE-CN. The control group was treated with PBS alone. Culture supernatants were collected after 24 hr (or 6 hr for TNF-alpha), and the levels of cytokine secretion were analyzed by ELISA. The data are presented as the means ± SD of samples from three wells. * compared to control. All data are representative of three independent experiments showing similar results.
