(c) Accumulation of p-MPM2. (d) Abnormal mitosis. Cells were treated with 30 μM Sub-A for 24 h and then were stained by DAPI, tubulin antibodies, p-MPM2 antibodies, or p-histone3/Lamin B antibodies. The samples were analyzed by confocal microscopy and the data were representative of three independent experiments.
