Antiproliferation effects of LPRP on cancer cell lines. Huh-7, Hep 3B, MCF-7, MDA-MB-231, and A549 cells were treated with different indicated concentrations of LPRP (a) or LPRP-9 (b) for 48 h at 37°C in an atmosphere of 5% CO2, and the cell survival was measured by MTT assay. (c) MCF-7 and Huh-7 were treated with 5 μM doxorubicin or 20 μg/mL LPRP-9 for 24 h and imaged the cell morphology under a phase contrast inverted microscope at 100x magnification (Axiovert 40; Zeiss).
