PC-SPESII reduces MMP-2 and MMP-9 extracellular secretion in MDA-MB-231 cells. MDA-MB-231 cells were treated for 24 h with the indicated concentrations of PC-SPESII. Then, each cell culture medium was collected and analyzed by ELISA using Human MMP-2 and MMP-9 ELISA Kit (a, b). ELISA was done according to the instructions from the manufacturer. Each experiment was repeated three times. * and ** compared to untreated control.
