Effects of two doses of DZO on the activation of NF-κB (a) and IκB-α (b) in the liver of mice treated with LPS. DZO inhibited the degradation of IκB-α and NF-κB nuclear translocation. Similar results were obtained in three independent experiments, and the results obtained from one of three representative experiments are shown.
