Effects of two doses of DZO on the phosphorylation of MAPKs (ERK1/2 (a), SAPK/JNK (b), and p38 MAPKs (c)) in the liver of mice treated with LPS. DZO remarkably attenuated LPS-induced phosphorylation of ERK1/2, SAPK/JNK, and p38 MAPKs. Similar results were obtained in three independent experiments, and the results obtained from one of three representative experiments are shown.
