Effect of DsII-TN5 used as an adjuvant with TCL-loaded DC vaccine. TCL-loaded DCs were treated with DsII-TN5 at 10, 100, and 200 μg/mL or with LPS at 1 μg/mL (positive control). Cells were then cocultured with splenic T cells in the ratio 1 : 100 (DCs : T cells). Data represent the mean ± SE obtained from three independent experiments.
