YMGKI-1 treatment reduces cell malignancy of HN-CICs in vitro. (a) SAS-HN-CICs were treated with 0, 10, 25, and 35 μg/mL of YMGKI-1 for 24 hr, afterward, plated onto transwell, and analyzed as Materials and Methods. Dead cells were excluded by trypan blue dye. (b) SAS-HN-CICs were treated with 0, 10, 25, and 35 μg/mL of YMGKI-1 for 24 hr, afterward, plated onto soft agar for 12 day. The colony formation ability of previous cells was examined (see Section 2). Data are means ± SD of triplicate samples from three experiments (*** ). The same concentration (0.03%) of vehicle (DMSO) was added to all control groups.
