Effect of ABB on cell viability in cultured 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Differentiating 3T3-L1 cells were treated every 2 days with 0–25 μg/mL of ABB for 8 days in adipocyte-induction media. Cell viability was calculated as a percentage of MTT metabolisms in controls. Results represent the mean ± SEM of four independent experiments.
