Supplementary Material

A reliable and powerful analytical method by using the integrative strategy of simultaneous qualification and quantification of multi-component for the comprehensive quality evaluation of Yizhi Tablet has been established. TCM fingerprinting together with the identification of unknown components on-line by HPLC coupled with time-of-flight (TOF) tandem mass spectrometry and HPLC-ESI multi-stage tandem ion-trap mass spectrometry (IT-MSn) method. The structure information of 14 components in Yizhi Tablet were identified.
