The serum level of E₂ (𝑃<0.05) and FSH (𝑃<0.05) significantly increased in M compared with N, and then the level of E₂ (𝑃<0.05) and FSH (𝑃<0.05) was decreased in CHM. There were no significant differences between M and MS. N: normal, M: model, MS: saline, and CHM: Chinese herb mixture.
