Effect of <i>Uncaria tomentosa</i> Extract on Apoptosis Triggered by Oxaliplatin Exposure on HT29 Cells

<div>ERCC1 mRNA level-HT29 cell was treated with oxaliplatin (20 <i>μ</i>M),<i> Uncaria tomentosa</i> extract (250 <i>μ</i>g/mL), and<i> Uncaria tomentosa</i> + oxaliplatin for 48 h. Total RNA was isolated and subjected to qRT-PCR.
