Glucose bound = (glucose concentration of original solution − glucose concentration when the adsorption reached equilibrium) × volume of solution ÷ weight of dietary fibre. Mean values in the same column marked with different letters were significantly different (P < 0.05) (derived from repeated measures ANOVA and adjusted using Bonferroni correction).
