Immunosuppressive Effects of A-Type Procyanidin Oligomers from <i>Cinnamomum tamala</i>

<div>Effects of CTD-1 on cytokine production by ConA-stimulated splenocytes. Splenocytes (4 × 10<sup>5</sup> cells/well) were incubated for 48 h with CTD-1 and ConA (2 <i>μ</i>g/mL). Culture supernatants were collected and analyzed by using ELISA for levels of IL-2 (a), IFN-<i>γ</i> (b). Effect of CSA (1 <i>μ</i>M) was set as positive group.
