Protection of Tong-Sai-Mai Decoction against Apoptosis Induced by H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> in PC12 Cells: Mechanisms via Bcl-2-Mitochondria-ROS-INOS Pathway

<div>Showing that TSM induced change in bcl-2, bax, and caspase-3 proteins expressions in PC12 cells. The cells were treated with 200 <i>μ</i>mol/L H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> and 0.05, 0.5, and 5 mg/mL TSM in the presence of 200 <i>μ</i>mol/L H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>.
