Specific humoral response in deer following vaccination. The deer were immunized subcutaneously with transgenic Astragalus oil vaccine (group 1), transgenic Astragalus aqueous vaccine (group 2), oil negative control (group 3), aqueous negative control (group 4), and inactivated BVDV vaccine (group 5). Serum samples used to assess the humoral immune response were collected on days 0, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, and 42 after primary immunization and detected at 490 nm. *The difference between aqueous negative control (group 4) and other groups at the same days after primary immunization is significant ().
