Salidroside Reduces Cell Mobility via NF-κB and MAPK Signaling in LPS-Induced BV2 Microglial Cells

Salidroside inhibits LPS-induced migratory transcripts in BV2 cells. BV2 Cells were coincubated with LPS (1 μg/mL) and salidroside at indicated concentrations mentioned previously. The total RNA was isolated, and MCP-1, MIP-1α, and IL-8 were performed by RT-PCR analyses. Expression was normalized against the internal control β-actin. The representative RT-PCR images were shown and the data were expressed as the mean ± SD of three independent experiments (𝑛=3). ^#𝑃<0.05, ^##𝑃<0.01 versus the control group; ^∗𝑃<0.05, ^∗∗𝑃<0.01 versus LPS group.
