Immunomodulatory and Antidiabetic Effects of a New Herbal Preparation (HemoHIM) on Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Mice
Effects of HemoHIM on splenocyte subpopulation in STZ-induced diabetic mice. Spleen cells (1 × 106 cells/mL) were stained with PE-anti-CD8, FITC-anti-CD4, or FITC-anti-CD19 for 30 min at 4°C after blocking FcγII/III receptor. Stained cells were analyzed by a flow cytometer. Values are expressed as means ± S.D. compared with nondiabetic group. compared with diabetic group.
