Cytotoxicity of AE-CA on the human endometrial carcinoma cell lines, HEC-1A, HEC-1B, and KLE, and the noncancerous human cell line, WI-38. (a–c) HEC-1A, HEC-1B, and KLE cells were treated with 0 to 5 mg/mL of AE-CA for 24 or 48 h. (d–g) HEC-1A, HEC-1B, KLE, and WI-38 cells were treated using the indicated doses of AE-CA and an equivalent concentration of CPT (μM), based on 0.28 mg of CPT per milliliter of AE-CA. Cell viability was assessed using an MTT assay. The data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation.
