The comparison of IgA, IgG2a, IgG1, and IgE concentration in OVA-stimulated mice administered with MBG of different dosages. The productions of serum IgA and IgG2a were significantly elevated compared to the control group ((a) and (b)). The levels of IgG1 and IgE in OVA-stimulated group were significantly reduced in experimental groups receiving MBG when compared with the measurement from the control group ((c) and (d)).
