Effects of BSHX on mRNA expression of PPARγ, NF-κB, and TNF-α in renal tissue of 5/6 nephrectomy rats. After treatment with BSHX at the doses of 0.25, 0.5, and 1.0 g/kg·d for eight successive weeks, the mRNA expression of PPARγ (a), NF-κB (b), and TNF-α (c) in the renal tissue was analyzed by FQ-RT-PCR. ^ΔΔ𝑃<0.01 compared with the sham group. ^∗∗𝑃<0.01 compared with the control group.
