Initial screening of the inhibitory effects of ophiopogonin D (OD), ophiopogonin D′ (OD′), methylophiopogonanone A (MA), methylophiopogonanone A (MB), and ruscorectal (RU). 100 μM of compounds was selected. The values shown in this table are residual activity which can be calculated using the following equation: % residual activity = the activity at 100 μM of compounds/the activity at 0 μM of compounds.
