Alpha-Asarone Protects Endothelial Cells from Injury by Angiotensin II
Figure 1
ROS/NO levels in EA.hy926 cells induced by Ang II. Cells were treated with Ang II at 0.1 μmol/L for 24 h. The intracellular ROS and NO levels were detected with the permeable fluorescent dyes DHE and DAF-FM DA, respectively. DMSO was used as the solvent control at the concentration of 1%. L-NAME (100 μmol/L) was used to sustain the changes of ROS and NO related to eNOS. Data are expressed as means ± SD from three independent experiments. versus control; versus control; versus model.
