Effect of KKT on A-induced activation of GSK-3. Cortical neurons were cultured for 3 d and then treated with vehicle solution or KKT (10 μg/mL). At 1 h after each treatment, the cells were treated with A (25–35) (10 μM) for 4 h. After A treatment, the cells were fixed and immunostained with antibodies against phosphorylated GSK-3 at Tyr-216 (pY216), a marker of activated GSK-3, and against total GSK-3. The fluorescence intensity was quantified for each treatment. The ratio of GSK-3 (pY216) to GSK-3 (total) is shown. versus Veh (, One-way ANOVA, post hoc Dunnett’s test).
