Effect of ZJW extracts on the apoptosis-related proteins in SGC-7901/DDP cells. (a) Western blotting was carried out to detect the expression level of total JNK, p-JNK, Bax, Bcl-2, and Cytochrome C in SGC-7901/DDP cells treated with ZJW extracts of 12.5 μg/mL, 25 μg/mL, and 50 μg/mL for 48 h. GAPDH was used as internal reference. (b) Quantity of the expression level of total JNK, p-JNK, Bax, Bcl-2, and Cytochrome C was performed, ^∗𝑃<0.05 or ^∗∗𝑃<0.01, in contrast to control groups treated with DDP alone. (c) Activities of caspase-9 and caspase-3 were detected in SGC-7901/DDP cells treated with ZJW extracts of 12.5 μg/mL, 25 μg/mL, and 50 μg/mL for 48 h. ^∗𝑃<0.05 or ^∗∗𝑃<0.01, in contrast to groups treated with DDP alone.
