Coadministration of Pinellia ternata Can Significantly Reduce Aconitum carmichaelii to Inhibit CYP3A Activity in Rats

Table 1

Pharmacokinetic parameters of BP, 1-PP, and 6′-OH-BP in rats after intravenous injection of 0.5 mg·kg−1 BP·HCl. Prior to intravenous injection of BP·HCl, the rats were pretreated with RCW (0.6 g·kg−1·d−1, p.o.), RCW-BX (1 : 1, 0.6 g·kg−1·d−1, p.o.), PCW (0.6 g·kg−1·d−1, p.o.), PCW-BX (1 : 1, 0.6 g·kg−1·d−1, p.o.), or saline once daily for 7 d. The data presented in this figure indicate mean ± SD ().
