EST inhibited in vitro leukocyte chemotaxis. Leukocytes were obtained from zymosan-induced peritonitis (1 mg/cavity) in mice and stimulated with fMLP (10−6 M) after 30 min of treatment with EST at doses 3, 10, 30, and 60 μg/mL.
