Effects of NJ fractions on LPS-induced NO production. Peritoneal macrophages were pretreated with NJ fractions at indicated doses (μg/mL) for 1 h and then stimulated with LPS (500 ng/mL) for 24 h. The effects of NJ fractions on LPS-induced NO production were measured by Griess assay. The values are mean ± S.E. of three independent experiments. versus saline. versus LPS.
