Effects of NJ fractions on LPS-induced cytokine productions. Peritoneal macrophages were treated with NJ fractions (μg/mL) for 1 h and then stimulated with LPS at indicated time points. The supernatants were harvested and the levels of (a) IL-1β, (b) IL-6, and (c) TNF-α were measured by ELISA.
