Effects of NJ fractions on mRNA levels of LPS-induced cytokine expression. Peritoneal macrophages were treated with NJ fractions (μg/mL) for 1 h and then stimulated with LPS at indicated time points. Cells were collected for real-time RT-PCR. Total RNA (1 μg) was prepared for the real-time RT-PCR of (a) IL-1β, (b) IL-6, and (c) TNF-α.
