Sanz score: low risk, WBC ≤ 10 × 109/L and platelets > 40 × 109/L; intermediate risk, WBC ≤ 10 × 109/L and platelets ≤ 40 × 109/L; high risk, WBC > 10 × 109/L. Induction chemotherapy according to Sanz score: low risk, ATRA; intermediate risk, ATRA + DNR/DA; high risk, ATRA + DA + ATO; consolidation chemotherapy, DA/MA/HA regimen used sequentially in all patients despite their Sanz scores. |
