Effects of PSPLE on 3T3-L1 adipocyte and preadipocyte viability. The differentiated 3T3-L1 cells were treated with PSPLE (0, 1, 2, and 4 mg/mL) for 72 h, and both adipocytes and preadipocytes were separated by Percoll gradient centrifugation. The viability of the cells was determined by Trypan blue exclusion. The results are presented as the mean ± SD. , compared with 0 mg/mL PSPLE.
