Differentiated 3T3-L1 cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of PSPLE for 72 h. Cells were harvested and incubated with FITC-conjugated annexin-V and PI and were then measured by flow cytometry. The results show the percentage of cells in various stages, and the values are presented as the mean ± SD. , compared with 0 mg/mL PSPLE.
