The Y maze and the step-through test were conducted to evaluate the synergistic effects of CVP and GF on learning and memory functions. (a) Following one day of training, the mice were tested in a Y maze 2 h after drug administration and the total number of right arm-entries during the ten tests was recorded. (b) Following one day of training, the mice were subjected to a step-through test 2 h after drug administration. The latency and number of error in 5 min were recorded.
