After the establishment of the SAP model, serum amylase was significantly elevated in the M group relative to the N and S groups but was lower in the Ver and Tet intervention groups than in the M group; (b) MPO activity of pancreatic tissue homogenates. After the establishment of the SAP model, the MPO activity of the pancreatic tissue homogenates was significantly elevated in the M group relative to the N and S groups but was lower in the Ver and Tet intervention groups than in the M group ( versus normal group; versus model group).
