Neuroprotective Effect of Xueshuantong for Injection (Lyophilized) in Transient and Permanent Rat Cerebral Ischemia Model

<div>Administration with XST immediately after ischemia (the experiment I protocol) reduced the phosphorylation level of p38 and increased the phosphorylation level of STAT3 in transient MCAO rat brain. Representative Western blots and quantitative analysis of phosphorylation levels of p38, ERK, JNK, and STAT3 in the ischemic brain tissues 24 h after MCAO. The phosphorylation levels of p38, ERK, JNK, and STAT3 were densitometrically analyzed and expressed as the relative optical density of the sham group. <svg height="8.54217pt" id="M29"
