When HaCaT cells were irradiated with 8 Gy IR, received DT3 or TRFRB 4 h after irradiation, and plated for clonogenic cell survival 72 h following IR, there was an increase in cell survival in TRFRB treated cells. However, this increased survival fraction was not statistically significant compared to 8 Gy IR alone group. Each data point represents mean ± SD of treatment dishes. as compared to sham DMSO group.
