YSC-ZDC inhibited PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in Hep3B cells. Cells were treated with YSC-ZDC at different concentrations or 20 μg/mL 5-Fu for 12 h. The levels of total and phosphorylated PI3K, PDK1, and Akt were determined by western blot. Bands were analyzed by densitometry.
