The effect of YSC-ZDC on Bcl-2 family proteins expression in Hep3B cells. (a) Cells were treated with YSC-ZDC at different concentrations or 20 μg/mL 5-Fu for 24 h. Total RNA from Hep3B was isolated and mRNA levels of Bcl-2 family protein were determined by qPCR. (b) Cells were treated with YSC-ZDC at different concentrations or 20 μg/mL 5-Fu for 48 h. The levels of Bcl-2, Bcl-xL, Bax, and Bad were determined by western blot. Bands were analyzed by densitometry. GAPDH was used as the endogenous control.
