Effect of 17 compounds on the production of (a) TNF-α, (b) IL-6, and (c) IL-1β cytokine in macrophages. Cells were pretreated with 17 compounds for 1 hour before being incubated with LPS for 24 hours. Production of cytokines was measured by ELISA.
