Effect of Huaier extract on the viability of HepG2, Bel-7402, and THLE-3 cells. HepG2, Bel-7402, and THLE-3 cells (10⁴ cells/well) were treated with various concentrations (0, 2, 4, 8, and 16 mg/mL) of Huaier extract for 48 h. Cell viability was determined by using an MTS assay. The results represent the means ± SD of 3 independent experiments. and , compared with that of the untreated control, respectively (0 mg/mL).
